Abstract

Se presentan 2 pacientes sometidos a proctocolectomía restauradora, el primero con colitis ulcerosa y el segundo con poliposis adenomatosa familiar. Se discuten la efectividad de la técnica, el seguimiento a corto plazo de estos pacientes y las indicaciones para proctocolectomía restauradora.
