Paciente varón de 44años de raza negra, natural de Ica, procedente de Lima, hospitalizado en enero de 1990 con un tiempo de enfermedad de 7 meses. En julio de 1989 presenta odinofagia, sensación de ardor faríngeo y tupidez nasal, recibe varios esquemas antibióticos sin mejoría. Dos meses después desarrolla disfagia a sólidos.malestar general, pérdida de peso(6 kilos en los últimos meses). En noviembre presenta lesiones nodulares en troncos y extremidades, sin dolor ni eritema, que se ulceran y luego se cubren de costras; durante esta época nota hinchazón de la pierna derecha hasta la rodilla.Downloads
