Abstract

Los linfangiomas quísticos abdominales son benignos y poco frecuentes, que se presentan mayormente en niños. Puede presentarse como molestias inespecíficas abdominales, hallazgo incidental o abdomen agudo. Por lo que se presenta el caso de una niña de 3 años que debutó con un cuadro de abdomen agudo.
