Abstract

Recién nacido de sexo femenino de 38 semanas por fecha de última regla, pequeña para edad gestacional, asimétrico, de parto abdominal por sufrimiento fetal, de madre segundigesta nulípara sin control prenatal, en quién se decide cesárea por detectarse bradicardia fetal y líquido meconial espeso aproximadamente 15 minutos antes del parto.
