Abstract

El diagnóstico tiene un papel fundamental en medicina. En él se basa el Clínico para recordar, pensar y actual. Con vistas al mejor cumplimiento de sus objetivos, la estructura y formulación del diagnóstico han experimentado desarrollos substanciales en tiempos recientes. Esto ha llevado a avances en su confiabilidad o reproducibilidad, y, más incipientemente, en su validez o utilidad. Muchos de este progreso y reto está conectado a innovaciones recientes en al Clasificación Internacional de Enfermedades.
