Abstract

Algunos entusiastas profesores fueron de la idea de que la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) tenga su Bandera Oficial ya que no se contaba con una que la representará en las actividades intra y extramurales.

Así que, durante la gestión rectoral del Dr. Alberto Hurtado se decidió convocar a un concurso para tal fin. El jurado estuvo conformado por los doctores Alberto Hurtado, Hernán Torres, Alberto Cazorla, Leopoldo Chiappo, Carlos Vidal y el Sr. Juan Manuel Ugarte Eléspuru.
