El término “biomédico” es utilizado frecuentemente en la práctica de la medicina y muchas veces sin conocer su verdadero significado (1). Asi se habla de investigación biomédica, publicación biomédica y biomedicina. Veamos el significado de la palabra “biomédico” o biomedicina.
