Enfermedad de Kawasaki con aneurismas coronarios en un lactante de dos meses. Reporte de caso

Se reporta el caso de un lactante masculino de 2 meses y 7 días de edad, que ingresó por emergencia pediátrica con cuadro de fiebre persistente, exantema, signos respiratorios leves y hallazgos cardiovasculares sugestivos de enfermedad de Kawasaki (EK), confirmada por ecocardiografía. Se detectaron aneurismas coronarios bilaterales y se instauró tratamiento inmunomodulador con buena evolución clínica. Se trata de una presentación infrecuente por la corta edad del paciente y la severidad de la afectación coronaria.
