Abstract

Afirma Ginzburg que entre 1870-1880 comenzó a afirmarse en las ciencias humanas un paradigma indiciario basado en la sintomatología. Sin embargo, el método indiciario tenía hasta ese momento ya una larga historia que incluía como relevante antecedente el método venatorio utilizado por los cazadores y que puede enunciarse como la capacidad de remontarse de datos experimentales aparentemente omisibles a un realidad compleja no directamente experimentable.
