Abstract

La recopilación de información a través de la historia ocupacional hace de ésta una herramienta de vital importancia en el proceso para establecer la causalidad de una enfermedad y su entorno laboral. Por ello, la necesidad de orientar al médico evaluador en una adecuada entrevista permitirá reconocer peligros y riesgos del ambiente laboral hacia el trabajador, así como la cronología de los mismos.
